Lanza is currently based at Ocata Therapeutics in Massachussetts, where he leads their research into stem cells and regenerative medicine. Lanza co-authored a report in the Lancet in October 2014 which claimed that, after two years of testing, embryonic stem cells had proven themselves to be safe to use.
