I am delighted that Scotland have decided to remain within the UK. However, I will certainly not support the entrenching of an unfair funding formula which benefits Scotland at the expense of my constituents. It is essential that MPs from other parts of the UK should be banned from voting on issues in Parliament which do not affect their constituents because those matters have been devolved to their Assembly or Parliament.

Any new constitutional settlement has to be much fairer to England, otherwise it will be England that decides to break away from the UK rather than Scotland.
