A school uniform by Paul Smith is just one of the projects to have come out of the pioneering scheme joinedupdesignforschools, where children work with top designers. Some of the designs are at the V&A, London, from 21st February. Raimund Hoghe was inspired to start choreographing by Pier Pasolini’s directive to “throw the body into the fight,” and like his one-time collaborator, Pina Bausch, he is passionate about Stravinsky, so expect fireworks from his Sacre—The Rite of Spring, at Glasgow’s Tramway, from 22nd February.
