Join Will Self at the Free Church, Hampstead Garden Suburb, for an evening marking the publication of his new novel, The Quantity Theory of Morality, alongside Prospect’s publication of his essay Mortal Morality: Towards an Ethics of Finitude. From the stage, Self will read from the new work and be in conversation with Peter Hoskin, Prospect’s books & culture editor, with a further guest interviewer joining to explore some of the defining oppositions of contemporary life.
Ticket price includes a personalised, signed copy of The Quantity Theory of Morality, entry to the event, and the opportunity to subscribe to Prospect at a special offer rate. Attendees will also be emailed a copy of Mortal Morality: Towards an Ethics of Finitude before the event, so they can read it in advance.
The event begins at 6.30pm and concludes at 7.45pm. Latecomers will be admitted during the first 15 minutes only.
Due to ongoing health and infection risks, Will Self will not be able to have direct contact with audience members outside the staged discussion and Q&A.
