Biden, Day 21—the day of Trump’s second impeachment trial. And the main sensation? That January 6th insurrection seems an age ago, not a month ago.

Trump probably won’t be found guilty, but that probably doesn’t matter. The Republicans will split and most of those behind Mitch McConnell will know they are defending the indefensible, while the Democrats are generating enough moral outrage to keep progressive America fired up and united behind Biden for a good while.
