The Future of the BBC—2017 and Beyond?
On 14th December, we will be hosting a panel event to discuss the future of the BBC.
With the BBC charter renewal negotiations underway, we ask a panel of BBC watchers and commentators what a future slimmed-down, modernised BBC might look like?
Tom Clark, Editor of Prospect will chair the debate with panelists; Charlotte Higgins, Chief Culture writer at The Guardian who has written extensively about the BBC and Professor Ian Hargreaves, former Director of BBC News and Paul Oldfield, Deputy Director, Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
